Submitting Your Master

The quality and performance of the supplied master is your responsibility. The master is considered to be in final form and ready to manufacture as supplied.  Before submitting your master (and a back up copy) please ensure it performs exactly as desired and that it is packaged appropriately to protect it from being damaged in shipping.

If you have CD-Text or other engancements on your master, you must inform us, in writing, before production begins. When you receive your proof copy, please make sure that is is exactly the way you want it and all your enhancements are in place and work properly.

Suggestion: Always use good quality media and have your master burned disk-at-once (DAO). Typically sppeds at 4x or 8x seems to keep errors at a minimum. Supply two copies of your master, keeping a third copy for yourself as a back-up. Make sure your supplied masters have your name, project title, phone number and your job number included.
