This is what we hear when our clients drop by for a tour. But if you’re too far away to come see us, the least we could do is give you an idea of everything that goes on under our roof.


Come in the front door with artwork, an incomplete project or just an idea and in a few days your finished product can be shipped out the back door. Start by meeting with your project consultant. Then, it’s off to the studio to record, edit or master your project, or to our video suite for editing, authoring and production.

Next stop: graphic design. Our artists will amaze you. They’ll work their magic on your snapshot or digital image, then send the file to our full-color off-set press, which will generate an actual “press-proof” of your design for your review. Once you approve the project, we start printing.

In the meantime, our studio engineers check your master, make sure everything is ready to duplicate, and set up your project for duplication.

Printed pieces are cut and scored just right, ready to be folded, stapled, or bound. When the duplication process is complete, every piece of your project is assembled by hand in the packaging area, then inspected before we shrink-wrap it.

One more inspection, and your project is safely packaged and ready for shipment or pickup.
