   How do you print my full color insert for my CD duplication or DVD duplication projects? Is it really offset printed or just laser, photocopies or ink jet?

   No ink jet or laser printing here!  Most duplication companies outsource their printing or they use photocopiers to print your project, but not at National Media Services.  Your project, whether 100 or 1000 is printed, in house on our HP Indigo 5000, 6 color digital offset printing press.  This is how your project is turned around so fast.  Your project looks great too.  Check out our 6 color printing press.

   Can you make those really neat CD jackets for my demo? I don't need a 1000. Can you do less?

   Yes, no problem.  Jackets, wallets, digi-style and all sorts of custom paperboard products can me made using our in-house digital laser die cutters.  Ask about die cutting.  You can't make jackets or wallets or any other type of printed packaging without die cutting.  You can get as little as a 100 pieces too.

   I want my CD/DVD to look just like the ones I see in the store. Will it?

   Yes it will. People do judge a book by its cover and so will they judge your project by how it looks, way before they ever hear it.  Its the little things ...even the shrinkwrapping. Your CD will be cello over wrapped, just like the major labels use.

  Can I get spine labels on my CD/DVD? Do I have to get 1000 CDs or DVDs?

   Yes we have them, and no you don't have to get 1000.  Most others duplicators offer spine labels on orders of 1000, (that's because they out source to larger manufactures).  Your CD/DVD project is available with the same professional spine label you get with larger quantities.  All you have to do is ask.

   Can I get a barcode ? Will it cost me the $750 I see listed on other sites?

   Yes you can get a barcode, and NO it won't cost you anything.  When National Media Services makes your product, a barcode is provided free of charge.

   How about multi-disc sets? I'm not a musician, but a speaker and need my product to look really good, but I need small quantities, shipped to my meeting sites. It has 6 CDs, and 2 DVDs, with a 300 page workbook, a bonus sticker on the front, and a special letter that I need inserted. Can you do this? Oh, I need it in Los Angeles by next Thursday?

   Now your getting to what we really do best.  This is where you'll see how our service can really make you happy.  Many national speakers and seminar leaders use our services for just this reason.  They only need a few at a time, shipped to many locations (or even directly to their customers), but they need that "retail-ready" look.  That's what you'll get here.  All sorts of media packaging options are stored in our warehouse just waiting for your order.  Couple this to our in house printing (no inventory for you to worry about getting outdated either), which can customize each piece for you (ask about this neat item) and quick turn around, you'll be selling from the platform without worry.

   Your project will never make it into the stores if it doesn't look like a major label release.  If your an indie artist, you can now look like you have a "label" producing your project.  No one will ever know you only produced as little as 100 copies.

   What your project looks like is everything.  You've spent your hard-earned money on recording and now your ready to go to the next step.  Don't accept anything less.

   You'll find the prices for most everything we do right here on this site.  Keep in mind that we can make almost anything you've ever seen in the store.  So if you don't see it listed here, please ask us.

   Just to give you a quick overview of the services that are under one roof -- by the way, everyone who says that they can manufacture your product, really can't.   Ask for a tour if you can.  Most duplicators are just brokers, sending your project out to other manufactures (like us).  More delays and loss on control for you.  Not here, we actual can do everything under our roof.  Stop in and see for yourself. Most are amazed.  "I didn't know you could do that too" is what we hear the most.

   You can come in the front door with an idea and your finished product can be shipped out the back door in a few days.

   Start with a meeting with your project consultant ...off to the studio to record, edit or master your project... or to the video suite for production or dvd authoring.

   Next stop at the graphic design department.  They'll amaze you too.  They can take your snapshot or digital image and do their magic... sending it to the full-color press where you'll see an actual "press-proof" of your design.  No ink jet or laser printing here.

   After your approval, printing is started, but while this was happening, the studio was checking your master, making sure everything was ready to duplicate, and has sent your project for duplication.  Your project is finished duplication and is sent to the packaging area to meet up with the printed items.  After the printed pieces have gone through the state-of-the-art bindery (cut and scored just right) it gets hand assembled and inspected and off to the shrinkwrapping area where the final touches are done.

   One more inspection and your project is safely packaged and ready for shipment or pickup.  So if you need everything done or just one part of the cycle, we'll be glad to help you.
